When we decided to build and downsize our real estate agent talked about Sciuga Custom Builders and thought it would be a good fit for us.  Doing our own research and walking through a few models of Sciuga Builders, attending the Parade of Homes, and meeting Sal Sciuga made our decision easy.  We knew what we wanted and the plans came together fairly easy.  After our first building experience back in 2003 (Ryan Homes) we thought it would be another cookie cutter plan without the specifics we were set on.  This was the total opposite.  
During our meetings with Dana Sciuga Bakowski, we picked out our wood floors, tile colors, granite colors, paint, and outside color schemes....we loved the entire process.  Given some advice from Dana, she made us feel like we really made the right decisions.  Our passion for a heated bathroom floor, 2 sliding windows with our fireplace in the middle is definitely an idea Sal helped us with.  The double tray ceiling is a guest favorite feature when coming in the front door.  Any issues that we had during building was taken care of by Sciuga Builders and Sal.
We have used our home as a model for Sciuga and would offer it to anyone who would like to see craftmanship at it's best.
